The foods recommended by Best Weigh contain all the vitamins and minerals needed for good health. Supplements are an expensive addition to the diet and are not endorsed by Best Weigh.

Best Weigh does not sell or recommend dietary supplements of any kind. We do recognize that some diseases need specific, targeted treatment with certain vitamins and minerals. We will not recommend stopping any supplements that have been recommended to you by your physician.
